I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with a supermarket and the stunning Uladag mountain highway nearby. It was also conveniently close to the Sultan Ahhmed Mosque and the city center. The staff provided excellent service and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. They were professional and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area where I could relax and enjoy the Wi-Fi. the experience was fantastic.

the size of the room is big enough, the bathroom is good, the view was wonderful. i thank Mr. Abdulrahman the manager of the hotel, he was very kind and friendly, appreciated his warm hospitality.

The breakfast menue is very limit so i didn't enjoy my breakfast time for three days at all, also i didn't like the lighting in the room, as it was so poor specialy in the center, the room and bathroom need air refresher.

The location overlooking the mountain was breathtaking. The staff was unbelievably helpful and cooperative. The comfort of the bed was exceptional. The cleanliness and housekeeping were top-notch. Special thanks to the spa massage therapist, Sevcan, for the wonderful experience.

Located near several restaurants, bakery, supermarket and taxi stand, this hotel is perfect for travellers. the rooms are spacious, tidy and come with small gifts. the breakfast is nice, with a range of dishes to choose from. the staff are friendly and always happy to help. Plus, the air conditioning works great.

The internet connection is very slow.

We had an amazing weekend at this hotel! The rooms were super spacious and clean, and the breakfast was top-notch. One of the best things about this hotel is its location, which is just a stone's throw away from Uludag mountain. Plus, the hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating, always willing to help out with anything we needed.

We did notice a couple of downsides during our stay. the temperature in the rooms was a bit uncomfortable, and we couldn't adjust the air conditioning.
